The Esen wet pressed pulp powder jar redefines sustainable cosmetic packaging with the philosophy that "eco-friendly should never compromise experience." Our precision wet pressing process achieves ±0.1mm mold tolerance and a exceptionally smooth to the touch, completely free of the burrs and exposed fibers common in dry pressed pulp packaging.

For moisture protection, the inner wall is treated with PHA lining or water-based coating, effectively blocking moisture and air to prevent caking and clumping during long-term storage. The compressive strength reaches 60%-80% of standard PP plastic jars, with a wall thickness of 1mm (single layer), sufficient to withstand shipping and daily handling stresses.

The defining advantage of wet pressed pulp technology is design freedom. Mold forming enables complex curves, rounded edges, and biomimetic shapes — difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional square plastic boxes.
